Terms & Conditions for Printing Services

Welcome to InEvent Asia’s printing services. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Order Process

    Customers must submit their artwork according to our Artwork Submission Guidelines. Orders can be placed via our website, email, or in-person.

  2. Payment Terms

    Payment must be made in full before production begins. We accept major credit cards. For PayNow and Bank Transfers, do enquire with us.

  3. Production and Delivery

    Standard production time is 5-10 business days. For rush orders, do enquire with us (additional charges will apply).

  4. Delivery

    Delivery options and costs will be specified at checkout or sent via email.

  5. Quality and Accuracy

    We strive for the highest print quality. Please review your artwork carefully, as we are not responsible for errors after customer’s approval. If we determine that your artwork requires amendments, additional charges will apply. We will notify you of these changes and associated costs before proceeding.

  6. Cancellation and Refund Policy*

    Orders can be cancelled within 10 days for a full refund. A 50% fee will be charged if cancellations are made after the mentioned grace period.

  7. Liability

    IEA’s liability is limited to the cost of the original order in cases where errors arise from incorrect specifications or materials provided by the customer. We are not liable for errors after customer approval of proofs, except where we have explicitly made amendments.

  8. Intellectual Property

    Customers guarantee that their designs do not infringe on any intellectual property.
